MEET THE NEW CREATIVE FORCES
Three partner organisations cocreating the Brave Creative Producers project - Emanat from Slovenia, Instável – Centro Coreográfico from Portugal, and Association Kulturanova from Serbia -, have each chosen two young producers, that are going to be taking part in education activities, documenting Case studies and contributing to the Producer's inventory.

Ana Catarina Pereira is a performer, choreographer and emerging creative producer based in Porto. With a multidisciplinary background bridging artistic practice, production, and pedagogy, she develops her work by critically reflecting on the sustainability of cultural processes.
She graduated as a Contemporary Dance Performer from Balleteatro (2021) and completed the Advanced Training in Interpretation and Choreographic Creation (FAICC) at Instável – Centro Coreográfico (2022), later supplementing her education with the Contemporary Artistic Production Course (2026). From Kulturanova (Serbia)

Milica Živanović is a project manager, youth worker and activist based in Novi Sad, Serbia. She works mainly in the fields of culture, youth work and human rights, and has been involved in different cultural and community projects over the past years. Her work includes project development and coordination, working with young people, organising events and workshops, and supporting creative and participatory programmes.
A big part of her work is with marginalized and LGBTQI+ young people, where she often uses art and creative practices as a way to explore identity, build confidence, connect with others and talk about topics that can be difficult to approach directly. She is interested in creating spaces where young people can experiment, express themselves and develop their own ideas.

Miloš Janjić is a certified life and business coach with experience in project coordination, field research, and body-based (somatic) practice. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics (University of Belgrade, Faculty of Economics, 2013) and a Master’s in International Economics (Berlin School of Economics and Law, 2018).
From 2021 to 2025 he worked as co-founder and mentor in Pčinjski building strategic plans and key partnerships for product and project development; managing the project's budget and financial planning, from idea to delivery; and coordinated a small team through the full production cycle.
Good at listening closely to what people need – performers, teams, collaborators – and turning it into clear, useful information for the people who need it, Janjić is experienced in building partnerships, managing project budgets, coordinating multi-person projects, and documenting how a process unfolds.
